- If you get connected, see if you can view webpages by going to Internet Explorer. Then try visiting www.vcn.com, www.espn.com, www.yahoo.com. These are only a few examples of sites you could visit.
- You will also want to try to see if you can send and receive email.
- Restart your computer and try again
